Setting up your Virtusan Ring is quick and intuitive. This Virtusan Ring guide will walk you through each step of the first-time setup for your biometric ring, so you can begin experiencing the benefits from day one. Now let’s jump straight into setting up the Virtusan Ring.
For the most accurate readings, wear your Virtusan Ring on your index, middle, or ring finger—on either hand, whichever feels most natural. The ring should fit snugly but comfortably, tight enough that it stays in place, but not so tight that it restricts movement or blood flow.
The sensors are located on the inner side of the ring, and work best when they’re facing (pressed up against) the palm side of your finger. This positioning ensures optimal skin contact for tracking key metrics, like heart rate.
Once your ring is synced and you begin wearing it, you’ll start seeing data right away—steps, heart rate, and sleep metrics will begin populating from day one, along with recommended protocols and resources. However, to generate your first Health Score, you’ll need to consistently wear the ring for one full week.
