1. Products & Sizing

1. What is included in the Virtusan Ring box?
The Virtusan Ring comes with the ring, a USB-C Cable, and a charger. The Virtusan Ring 360 includes a magnetic Charging Case, while the Virtusan Ring includes a Wireless Charger.
2. What colours are available?
The Virtusan Ring is available in black. The Virtusan Ring 360 is available in silver.
3. I am not sure of my ring size. Can I request a sizing kit?
Yes. We provide a sizing kit if you are unsure of your size. The sizing kit is free of charge and is included in the cost of your ring. You can also measure your finger at home using a strip of paper or a sizing app if you prefer not to wait.

2. Subscription & App

1. Does the Virtusan Ring come with a subscription?
Yes. Each ring includes a complimentary one-year subscription, giving you full access to all Virtusan Protocols without any restrictions.
2. Do I need a subscription to check my ring metrics?
No. You can view your metrics even without a subscription. However, our content library and Protocols are only available to subscribers.
3. Where can I download the Virtusan app?
The Virtusan app is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

3. Orders & Returns

1. What should I do if I received the wrong ring size?
Please contact support@virtusan.com. When returning the ring, include all original items — the ring, charger, USB-C cable, and the box. Virtusan will reimburse your return shipping costs and send the correct size to you.
2. What is the return and exchange policy?
Virtusan offers a 30-day no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for customers who received the wrong size or have changed their mind. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. The Virtusan Ring and any other physical products are subject to applicable statutory warranty rights under Swiss law and, where applicable, mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory warranty rights.
